How do I make a change to an existing registration?

What is the cancellation policy?
Customer attendees have until Feb 1, 2024 to cancel their registration for a full refund. After that date, registration fees are not refundable. Attendees can swap registrations for another team member if they can no longer attend, up until March 10, 2023. Sponsorships cannot be refunded.

Are meals provided?
Yes, all meals and beverages will be provided beginning with the opening reception on March 25th through lunch on March 27th. Please see the full pass perks listed here.

This Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from Rootstock community members in order to provide an opportunity for all participants to collaborate, learn and network in an environment that is productive and respectful. We expect participants to be courteous and act professionally at all Rootstock events, and to interact and communicate in ways that are appropriate for a professional audience from diverse backgrounds. The terms of this Code of Conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this Code of Conduct.
